Tolzeal advice you to knock out Norton, I'm not so sure
if Norton is the current anti virus or not.


Here are my recommendations

-Use google to research add or remove programs
in control panel. Look on the list of programs
and let us know the type of antivirus you have.

I think your laptop came with a trial version that's
now asking you for another one. Open the current anti virus
and let us know the status, i,e. risk or X/red sign.

If you have norton installed, you'd need a norton removal tool.

You'd need to scan your computer for virus. Alternative you
could use malwarebytes

It has never turned off before

I was using it on a hard flat surface- bench
It keeps turning off any time it is turned on even after removing the battery

I am finding it difficult to understand

Try to uninstall the ones that does not load and install back, if it persist you need to scan your system OR go for reloading of OS!. ......... Ur location let's send an engineer to help fix it, contact: check our signature, thanks

I checked my hp elite book 6930p bios setup and the Bluetooth FCC id indicate "no device present".

Does this means I can't use Bluetooth on this device or is their anything I can do enable the use of Bluetooth on the system?

Two ways to get bluetooth on your system
1. Buy external bluetooth usb device.
2. Change you wifi internal card to one that is wifi + bluetooth.

I was charging my laptop when suddenly the power cord blew.The part that is plugged into an outlet with the adaptor.I pulled the wires out and saw they were badly burnt.I reconnected the burnt wires by pulling out the coverings and knotted the coppers.I plugged it in but the system wasnt charging and put the part that is plugged into the laptop in my mouth to check for current flow,still nothing.Do i need to get a new power cord,power pack or what?

First off I need to yab you for putting wire in your mouth, that was a jackass move. Do not repeat such nonsense.

Replace the power cord, if the adaptor doesn't work then go and get a new one.

i didn't put the naked wires in my mouth oh...the charging point i meant.Like people do when testing mobile phone chargers.Thanks anyways.
