i beleive the process is still on, though they told us they will send us a mail in due time, but i had from a reliable source that they had internal issue and dats what cause the delay, so everybody stay alert by today or latest on sunday check your inbox and dont forget if you are using yahoo mail, check your spam

since its based on my thinking,i think once the second phase starts there is no going back

I did my test on 31st of October and i have not gotten a feedback from Guinness on the outcome of my test but a friend we did it same day has gotten a mail that he's not successful with the test. Can anyone tell me what is going on or what to do? Thank you.

lets still hold on since we have not recieved any mail that we re unsuccessful. But does any one know wat the pay is like

How can we find out the status of the test ? They should av at least sent a mail of success to every successful candidate even if the role play and interview will be in batches

I think you guys should relax a lil bit... since u didn't get a mail or call as to whether you passed or failed then I think u still have a chance....although I must admit that d long wait is quite unusual of them but to satisfy your curiosity you can also send them a mail to know what is happening....GUD LUCK

Didn't ask for the salary range though but I know that it will have a basic and incentives according to performance if its the same level with retail sales executive then the basic is close to 100k , performance is based on how much products per brand the Vehicle sales men in your territory are able to deplete then how many customers you're able to raise . with the new. The New M.D has increased the basic across board so it should be something better. The salary is not something to worry about so far its Guinness.
