There is no source that says that the FH77B has a range of 40km.

Nigeria does not have a technical skill to upgrade her weapons not even to maintain them. Ask America and they will explain it much better. Give me a source to support your assertion that Nigeria upgraded her FH77Bs to the same grade as India.
