As much as there're lots of people that bathe with sponges,have also come across people who don't bathe with sponges.

Quite a close friend of mine recently told me he doesn't bathe with sponge and I never knew all this while,he just gently rubs his preferred soap on his body and then washes it off with water,I was like I can never bathe without using a sponge,guess everybody's used to what they tend to always do.

But bathing with a sponge & without a sponge,which is better? Some say bathing with a sponge is better because it kind of removes more dirts by its scrubbing technique,but most foreign movies I watch,in scenes of an individual taking a bath I hardly see the individual using a sponge,it's like some use soap and some don't even use it at all,just showering,however the case may be,I will always go for sponges,how do you take your own bath?

hmm should i say in Nigeria u need scrubbing if possible with scrubing brush... Cos d germs are responsible for causing eczema.. So just rubbing d body with soap and rinsing off wount do d job....
My cos told me he doesnt use sponge and ah was like what d Fvck....he was like if i do dat i get rashes and it even cause im itching...hmmm

You can't take what you see in movies to heart. That they don't use sponges doesn't mean the celebs may not in reality. Personally, I feel using a sponge is better cos it scrubs away the dirt.

I don't use sponge at all. Any day I will try that I will end up giving myself a scratch for like 10 minutes after leaving the bathroom because my whole body will be itching. So I make use of soft cloth.

I bath with sponge, everyday. Any day i don't use sponge i feel like i'm dirty or smelling.

There is nothing better than a sponge bath with a good soap.

It's all in the mind. Our actions and beliefs are controlled by what we're already used to, whether true/right or otherwise. But I don't use that poo called sponge: I have a sensitive skin.

Using sponge is like exfoliating your skin. You do not need to use sponge all the time. You may use a towel or body scrub. Some decide to use body sugar as a scrub. For a place like Nigeria, it is better you exfoliate because of the heat. Sweat pile on your skin and it turns to dirt. Using soap does remove the growing dirt on the body.

Depends on your body,I don't bath with Sponge because my skin reacts badly to it.
If I try it "I will scratch my skin off my bones".

Using sponge is better to scrub away the dried sweet accumulated on your skin during the day.

Whether or not a sponge shld be used depends on the person's skin type. Some people would react to it while some ill not.

Me for one MUST use a sponge else I do not think I will say I had a bath.
