ferdimako: Do you have a challenge with facing the reality of life?Is it so difficult to be honest and upright? Those who run here and there trying to get to finish line are never stars! They are master complainers, when others are making it big, they think it is difficult and call that masking.....It doesn't matter whether they make it to Australia,Canada or Germany...They will be the best complainers the world will ever know... Honesty is the best policy......only cheap people think it is difficult to achieve. Bottom line,do not encourage people to circumvent processes, it will lead them nowhere! 2 Likes |

solomonwis:I said I have seen pple who acted they respected the process not being able to even find housing. So it is all masking. Is it my fault I visit other forums and threads? It's me and not you...u can't handle it. I can't encourage grown-ups to misrepresent but those who claim better are masquerading. I know I run my lane... but u will never sleep well whenever u see my posts. |

Please you guys should stop these POF wahala. For me, I've used some part of the POF I initially submitted. But can provide an updated POF within 3 days or 1 week max. My friend who moved last week, didn't even show POF at MR request "because the initial POF" was still OK for him and his wife that he added later. So its quite situational. But even if a background check is done after first submission to the CIC and they see the account balance is red, they'll ask for and updated POF. That's all I guess. |

akanni: akanni: 1.Since it seems to me you have been legally admitted into Canada and also that you will be going by January 201,you should choose CPC Ottawa. You will need to include a proof of legal admission into Canada for minimum of one year. The proof of admission can either be in the form of a stamp on your passport document showing admission into Canada or a status document issued at the port of entry or other place of admission. If an extension of the original status has been obtained, the evidence you would show will a document or stamp issued by the ministry responsible for immigration matters, providing an extension of one year or beyond. The documents you need to show can be seen as listed in the document check-lists serial number 8. You should submit photocopies of *Current or expired entry/exit stamps in your national passport,(in your case, current entry stamp into Canada) and *Current or expired status documents indicating the date you were admitted and the validity(in your case (current documents showing admission dates and validity into Canada) Sort of saying you should submit Copies of the visa indicating you have legal residence for a minimum of 1 year in Canada. 2.Yes,your mailing labels should be in your address where you will be in Canada while your application is been processed. Cheers. |

zaliya: 1.On the supplementary info form, you'd fill the date he traveled up until the day of his FINAL return. Please note,it is not the expiry date of the visa but the date of his final return. This may be the earlier of his visit before the expiration of the visa or the end of his program and subsequent return to the country of residence. 2.The processing office is Accra, if you are resident in Nigeria. |

Damkollins and elders in the house, I would like to know if it's fine to submit the application with the PCC since the process/timeline for Permanent Residency has greatly reduced. What is the validity of a PCC? Thanks |
Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by Nobody: 10:03am On Nov 21, 2014 |
w3ndy:Don't bother but if u have it already, include it. AVO has the time for it...I don't think 3month expiration will ever match the current speed of processing. |
Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by w3ndy: 10:33am On Nov 21, 2014 |
ferdimako: Thank you. I assumed it's validity was 12 months. |
Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by Sevenody: 11:45am On Nov 21, 2014 |
any possibility that someone who didn't get up to 67 points still be successful in the application |
Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by damkollins(m): 11:52am On Nov 21, 2014 |
w3ndy:It cost less than nothing to get a PCC...maybe #5,000 or thereabout. 80% of 2014 applicants that got medical requested were not requested to submit PCC updates while 2013 applicants that submit around February to April this year were also not asked. If there is a chance that Accra will lay hands on your file within 6 months, you will not be asked to submit PCC if you submit with your initial application. With Accra Speed now,it makes sense to include PCC at the point of submission. That been said, you can also wait till you are contacted but I can assure you that if Accra will access your file around April to June next year, there is higher chance of not requesting for update if you submit it at the submission stage now. Its down to your decision....both ways does not hurt you. Cheers. |
Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by damkollins(m): 11:54am On Nov 21, 2014 |
Sevenody:With less than 67 points, your application will not be attended to. It will be returned back to you UNPROCESSED. Cheers. |
