andrewza:now you are saying you didnt have ammo to fight rebels.shifting goalpost again.seleka rebels were untrained conscripts, dont tell lies! |
Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by EVarn(m): 11:53pm On Nov 21, 2014 |
mzilakazi:you bought yourselves "most advanced binoculars privately"?,dont make me laugh, how did you "throw everything you had" at the rebels effectively from 2km away?,did you use tanks?,how did rebel mortars locate your exact position from 2km away that warranted you "reinforcing your structures against mortar attack"?,except you are telling me that the rebels also had "most advanced binoculars" too!,or are mortars now precision guided? |

mzilakazi:perhaps you think that you are speaking to a novice on military affairs, for you to fabricate these glaring lies.what hellfire did boko haram unleash, isnt it the same boko haram terrorists that are now gnashing their bloody teeth in agony as they are been sent off to sugarcandy mountain with our smoking rifles?.boko haram are the ones feeling heat. |

EVarn: Is English hard for you to comprehend? You are just the other version of @agaugust. I have said, my binoculars have the property of seeing anything from 2km away and even more. I love binoculars a lot and even when I am on my private I carry them wherever I go. I fail to understand what does your remark concerning mortars aim to achieve because any any temporary military structures or bases should have such places where to take cover during mortar attacks. It should also have trenches and sand bags to take cover during when the military base is under attack. |

andrewza: I mean 18km to 40km, Nigerian artillery numbers and range beats South Africa. Gripens will be too far away to h.it ATR-42, with our 330km range radar, we see your army far away, but with 25km range missiles, Gripen cannot hit ATR-42 out of range and operation from far behind Nigerian lines, while F-7 NI with PL-9C missiles intercept any Gripen that wants to take a risk and die. Yes Cuba has ZSU-23-4 Shilka, reason why SADF was avoiding flying close support combat sorties, your air force was half asleep during the Angolan war for fear of MiG-23 and ZSU-23 guns and SA-2 missile air defenses. Cowards of Johannesburg . |
Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by agaugust: 2:24am On Nov 22, 2014 |
andrewza: You were trying to call an attempted coup detat a war, so I silenced you SADF has Korean war and Namibian war experience from 1966 to 1988 , Cuba had nothing ! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Namibian_War_of_Independence You are the dip shiit retaard, not me . |
Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by mzilakazi(m): 4:05am On Nov 22, 2014 |
agaugust: Your F7s cannot discharge missiles. That's simple. The common problem that is experienced by all F7 users in Africa who requested a much cheaper low cost version of an F7 fighter from China. You see why China cannot be trusted. Anyway, I hope you have all learnt your lesson that "Cheap" does not always solve problems, instead it comes with many other problems. The only solution is to ground the whole fleet and freeze them in storage. They simply do not have hands to fight or do you put the handicapped in a forefront to do the fighting for you? @Agaugust you are heartless, the right groups might even take you to court for being that abusive to the disabled. |
Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by mzilakazi(m): 4:22am On Nov 22, 2014 |
agaugust: Cuba was fighting alongside Angolan troops as well as Russian military. Russia supplied Cuba with weapons as well as military support. Most of the pilots were Russians. SA, during then a small country, had nobody to supply with weapons. They started with almost zero arsenal but could protect its territory against invasion for over 20 years. I wonder if Nigeria could have survived that long without any direct outside support. That was extraordinary, even if the government of SA then was racist and abusive to human rights, what it has done is absolutely marvellous in nature. Very exquisite and excellent military achievement that shall always go down the annals of history as the best of the best. |
Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by andrewza: 5:50am On Nov 22, 2014 |
agaugust: No Vlap or base bleed even so you shooting well under 30km and will be taken out long before you a threat. Your ATR may or may not see the gripens comeing. It means nothing since it is to slow to run away. Any F7 that comes out to play will be shot down to so you welcome to send your entier fleet up. Our air force used to attack AA sights and Radars all the time. They even did airborn attacks on bases protected by AAA. So no they did not hid from them and yes they where taken out with easy. |
Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by andrewza: 5:56am On Nov 22, 2014 |
agaugust: When SA and Cuba went to war Cuba neither side had any experiance in the style of war being fought. Nor did any have any vetran troops. Both where on equal setting. And if cuba won why did one genral get excuted and the other defect to the USA? |

EVarn: How is is the goal post being shifted? It all the same resone. Nope seleka rebels where a merc force. Even in the aftermatch it was reported that the selka forces had a lot of Arab solders. Pics show them in proper Cammo with Radios and webbing. They look more like solders than the joke of a army in nigeria. |

Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by EVarn(m): 8:39am On Nov 22, 2014 |
mzilakazi:i asked how you spotted the rebels with your binoculars without being a target, you said that you had a "most advance binocular" that could spot the rebels about 2km or more{approx: 3km},away.i then asked how you threw everything you had at the rebels from approx. 3km away?,except your rifles were snipers,i dont see how you could have targeted them effectively. |

Proove SA solders are sex manianc ridden with Aids. Because I would not be supprised if the SANDF HIV rate is bellow that of the nigerian army. |

Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by mzilakazi(m): 12:49pm On Nov 22, 2014 |
EVarn: One advantage about binoculars is that you see people miles away before they realise your presence. How excellent is that. I told you not to indulge a lot in military discourse because it will blow up your peanut-sized brain in no time. Detecting the enemy miles away does not mean the enemy is not advancing. Of course, the rebels were launching offensive at us and we had to take cover. Binoculars were merely used to monitor the actions of their mortars because there is nothing on earth that irritates like a mortar when you will have to fire your rifle and concentrate on falling bombs at the same time. However, one thing that I was certain was that they couldn't approach us any closer since our cover was perfect. |

andrewza: " In mid-July, Akhona Geveza, a young South African woman who was participating as a cadet in the Transnet National Ports Authority’s Maritime Studies Programme, was found dead, floating overboard. Only a few hours before she died, a report was made to the shipmaster that Geveza had been R.aped by a senior official. The article in the Sunday Times, 18 July 2010, makes mention of several cases of s.exual abuse against young cadets who claim, ‘systematic abuse of power by senior officers’. Among the allegations made by South Africa’s Sunday Times newspaper are that: • Two male cadets were R.aped by senior officials while at sea; • A female cadet terminated two pregnancies that followed her R.ape at sea; • Three female trainees were pregnant at the end of their 12-month training stint; • A male cadet was sent home a month before finishing his programme because he refused to have s.ex with a senior official; and • A female cadet has a child with a married South African Maritime Safety Agency executive after he forced himself on her and threatened to cancel her contract if she told anyone." http://www.amandla.org.za/home-page/505-sa-women-in-the-military-at-the-barrel-of-a-gun . |
Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by EVarn(m): 1:26pm On Nov 22, 2014 |
mzilakazi:let me get this right, rebels lobbed motars at you{lets assume it you} from approx. 3km away, and you scurried under cover, waiting for them to run out of ammo while observing them through 'advanced' binoculars.when they ran out of ammo, you then began targeting and shooting them down from approx. 3km away, while watching on with 'advanced' binoculars?,right? |
