Unripe Plantain porridge ,a very healthy and nutritious food. Like my status if you want to know how to prepare it perfectly

Peel d plantain,and scrape d outer layer,wash it put on d fire wit water,cut onions and pepper ,maggi,cinnamon,nutmeg,corriander,pinch of salt and bonga fish,or any other fish.I don't eat crayfish. Allow it to boil for about 8mins,den add ur red oil. D red oil should boil for about 15mins,then add ur fresh tomatoes,just a little,u can choose to do without this.then add ur fish or whatever meat u want,for 5mins,put in ur veg for 1minute and turn off the fire.Cover d pot,d heat will do d rest.

Unfortunately no pic cos I finished eating it b4 remembering.lol
