At the end of it all, to each his own. If u want to cut corners, carry go. If u want to do things the right way, all the best. It's just very sad. Doing the right thing pays sha. That's all I know. And please stop using words like baseless, what's baseless to u has a basis to someone else. And what's with God will judge someone, u nko? R u beyond his judgement. All this pettiness because someone says do things right. Na wa o.

ferdimako:

Oil and gas worker leaving it for the unknown? You are not saying the truth. All I say is my view...I don't foist it on anybody and I don't say pple shouldn't talk. I answer questions I know d answers and jump the ones I don't and accept correct or better interpretations. But let me repeat most struggling pple leave. Some well-to-do folks move their spouses and children while remaining here. That is d logic!
Na waoh...Ferdimako, You come across to me as a young guy who has not had much experience in life.
I still met an ex GE staff (earning over 1.5m/month in Nigeria before migrating at a house party) last week here in Calgary. I have met ex-Chevron, shell, Mobil e.t.c staff here. Some have been able to get back into their fields and some are still trying. People migrate for different reasons, when you get to that point in life, you would realize that money is not everything. If you are on the other forum, you must have read Hakpo...'s story. These are just one of the people that are very comfortable in Nigeria but almost lost his life due to insecurity in his lekki abode. I won't even give you an idea of how much money he had on him after landing in Canada.
So don't make it sound like Canada FSW is for struggling people in Nigeria.

Forget that thing...it is mainly mouthwatering for strugglers...rich folks don't need other nationalities to get by.

Ferdi, Okejj, Solo, I beg of you guys to stop all these statements.
To every man, his own. If I like, I eat cockroach and that is between me and my God.
Please, I want to read a page filled with information but not threats and abuse.
Thank you all as you comply.

Apologising doesn't mean you are weak, even when you are right;
Saying sorry doesn't mean you are a weakling;
these show how manly you are, and how people will see you.
Imagine, when my mum wrongs her children, she still call us to say 'Sorry'... Even now that I remember, I almost shed a tear of Respect.
Why not just apologise to each other, do you think it means you are weak?
One day i apologised to my Fiance, she shed a tear, wondering what a man am I...
Please try it out, saying Sorry works.
A soft answer...turns away Wrath.
@solomonwis, @kejji, @ferdimako
Peace
