Exactly!! The man has been in the UK for more than 30 years and the daughter is 30 years of age, he did not bring her here through other legitimate means all along but decided to 'marry' her. Rubbish.

That can be easily deduced from the write up.

Unless you want to excuse the "Nigerian" qualification as front page sensationalism ( which I insist can be gotten without the Nigerian tag); I disagree with your reason.

Will a British tabloid have written " British man stabs wife" as against "50 yr old stabs wife!"? The reasons why they might add the nationality is if the said person isn't one of them one way or another. Then it can read "Polish man stabs wife in Peckam"!
