Since when does Arabic = Islam, Why are you people associating any thing Arabic to islam when the language was probably existing thousands of years before the religion. It is just a script like English, the ethnic Uyghurs in China(Both Christians and Muslims) use it for writing. You can Google the Chinese currency and you would see Arabic inscriptions boldly on it.

Knowledge,wisdom,respect,intelligence and common sense all goes hand in hand if any is missing it produces people that utters gibberish. You asked what is the meaning and am telling you based in my knowledge what you should have done is to ask a nearby islamic scholar to interpret the meaning for you and if it rhymes with mine thank me and if not then argue as you are born to do.
