Why are human beings so hard to please?

Nearly 500 dead this month alone, including 43 school children, ripped apart as they stood in their Assembly hall. Yet our security forces are being misused in intimidating the opposition and carrying out immoral raids on opposition headquarters and seizing sensitive data. Not to mention seizing newspapers and protecting ludicrous impeachment plots.

It's no wonder the fight against Boko Haram goes poorly, when key resources are so brainlessly diverted for selfish purposes.
