hello guys, i was refused uk student visa in september and i intend to apply next month. please i need your help guys.
i will stay with my uncle in london for the duration of my studies, although i paid the full tuition fee and maintenance funds be transfered into my account for the past 28 days.
-what documents will my uncle provide to support my application?
-im abit confused about the 28 days, is it 28 working days or 28 days including weekends?
-do i need a letter stating how i got my maintenance fee? because i havent got a job.
- is it adviseable to pay or for accomodation to avoid another refusal

That's a bit dicey. The ECO will use the rate of the Application date and not the date you deposited the money. You should always leave excess there to avoid problems with the rate.

Sorry about the intial refusal.
You don't have to show any documents from your uncle to support your application.
You should have money in account for 28days consecutive,weekend,public holiday inclusive,first day of the 28 days count make a transaction in yoour account and on the last day after the completion make a transaction also to show closing balance date and amount,then print.

Oh, okay. I didn't know that actually. What I once read was that the rate of the application date is used. I read that on page 100 of the T4 Guidance V23.0.

"If an applicant uses an overseas currency, they must write the closing balance in pounds sterling on the application form. To check it is correct, you must use the exchange rate as at the date of the application to check the value of the money in pounds sterling. To check the balance, use the website at the related link: OANDA."

Yes that is right but that doesn't mean that you will be refused if the exchange rate changes while counting the 28 days. As long as you deposited the correct amount from day one you will not be blamed if market fluctuations affects the value of your money because you can not control the exchange rate market.
