what u don't know is that a name of a divinity is different from his title ,yeshuas name is yeshua ,when he walked earth and was performin miracles he was still yeshua,,so who gave. Man the right to change yeshua name to suit their culture? Its satan...just imagine my name is David in English as at 2014 and the name was powerful in healing ,then in 2059 ,a new language called zahia now came will u convert the name David to Daniel to suit the zahia language or u will leave the name as it as David?

That verse is not saying we overcome BECAUSE we plead the blood of Jesus......that is a religious interpretation we were all taught, we need to listen to others and use scriptures to interpret scriptures. It's dangerous to read "into" scriptures - use scriptures to interpret another scriptures. There's no stand alone in scriptures.

Go back to the context of that verse, they overcame BECAUSE the blood of the Lamb WAS ALREADY pleaded or shed, NOT because you shouting, I plead the blood. What's the "word of our testimony"? Was that also talking about giving testimony in church gathering? If that was it, is it the testimony you give that guarantees victory\overcoming or the victory\overcoming already took place and your testimony is saying what already took place?

Bottom line, we should stop abusing the application of the blood of Jesus.

The abuse is not in pleading the blood of Jesus. The abuse may be in how people go about it. Pleading the blood of Jesus is doing what lawyers do to win a case. They file pleadings.
