Too many debtors in this country, only if the borrowed cash is spent on infrastructures that are productive for refund. The shocking part is that of the oil producing states(Akwa-Ibom & Delta)with the highest allocation, low population, yet with high debt profile. 1 Like |

Lagos may have the largest absolute debt but it is in a better fiscal state to service the debt due to its large revenues |
