Thought he said he has stopped paying monthly royalties to Orji uzor kalu and his mother..so what is he doing with all the monies (FAAC Account,IGR etc) to the extent he is even borrowing??

He is building a political War Chest, to be able to compete favourably with Orji Uzor Kalu and other political enemies.

Too many debtors in this country, only if the borrowed cash is spent on infrastructures that are productive for refund.
The shocking part is that of the oil producing states(Akwa-Ibom & Delta)with the highest allocation, low population, yet with high debt profile.

Lagos may have the largest absolute debt but it is in a better fiscal state to service the debt due to its large revenues
