An Electoral Officer (EO) is an INEC staff, not adhoc, in charge of a local govt. Corps members can only be presiding officers okay.

U seem not to know that the Electoral officers(EO) are the head in Local Government level.Lmao,corpers can't be the EOs,they can only be the presiding officers while other ad-hoc staff could be APO 1 or APO 2. I think corpers might not be enough to carry out the jobs of being PO,APO 1 and APO 2 and thus INEC need external hand...however,they must be careful in this ad-hoc staff recruitment as men of integrity and traceable identity should only be considered.For example,students of federal schools in osun state(OAU,EDE POLY) where considered for APO 1 & APO 2 in the last osun election,this move is fair enough

Corpers were used as Presiding Officer during my service year. While Ex corpers were used as Asst. Presiding Officers. I don't know what dis advert stands for.
