BB pins are usually never blocked even when the phone is locked to a carrier. if you can make calls and receive calls then the phone is not locked to any carrier. the other possibility is that the device is a 'not for sale' unit given to developers or the device has been reported stolen to blackberry and pin blocked.

guys I tried to download mozilla Firefox, chrome and opera browser from BlackBerry World but I couldn't find them, then I downloaded their .apk set up from other sites but after installation, none of them open pages they just remain like that.
Don't the android version of these browsers work on BlackBerry 10 os?

For abt 3days Z10 hasn't been starting up.it gets stuck at 98% with d bb logo until d battery drains completely. Pls i need an expert help or anyone wit a similar experience. I've tried another battery but its still d same issue.
