...Why this jamb reg number of a thing?when I swore mine in high court of lagos,I was not asked to supply my jamb reg number...This whole thing is becoming rigorous sort of....The only details I was asked to supply were,my name (suname,middle& first),then d name of the school.Only my gurantor's and acceptance letters bear my faculty and department o.

it is a form used for correcting(as d name implies) any irregularities of any kind in d student's documents. it is submitted to your clearance supervisor den transferred to d senate for issuing their verdict. den transferred bk to d studrnt ,from den on you know wat to do

odizeey kasala don burst o. I just collected my ORIGINAL Waec certificate today but found the date of birth to be different frm d one I used in jamb. Date and month are d same but the year is different. D year I used for my Waec is 3yrs above the one I used for my jamb. Will that correction form be able to solve dis issue? I am restless now.
