"No Transcript" means your transcript hasn't gotten to UI from your school and it's the same for everyone whose transcript hasn't reached UI, me included. ST means Statement of Result. That is what you uploaded for your O'level.

scan the two together... combine it into a page to be uploadable...
if its my school; dey will require you to add a scratch card so they will confirm from the site themselves with the details on the photocopy
perhaps
then send a personal mail attaching a scratch card for them to confirm with.. ( just saying ooo,)

Since today is Nov 30, the deadline given to you then I think you should scan the court affidavit and upload as well. Upload it under "other relevant documents" and then make sure you go back to your school and make enquiry about the possibility of getting another one.

In which section were you able to check your transcript status? I checked my own but didn't see any transcript status. Please reply

What is the size of the scanned affidavit?
Are you certain it was uploaded? If you didn't see it then perhaps it didn't upload.

Plz is it not too late to upload my original waec result,I uploaded notification and the message they sent me st was put at the front of my waec in mail they sent me.I just got the original waec.plz room who got the same mail about admission status.
