I truly share in your idea, cause billburberry has really tried, Phillips Consulting to me has really shown their level of incompetence in organizing this test, their last conduct in 2011 in lagos as i gathered was a total disaster, candidates standing to write test with candles as late as 8pm. They are incapable of managing crowd, text messages were sent to about 5000 candidates , so what is really the problem in sending email invites to this same people.

I'm sure a large number of people have not gotten the email invite, i think all those begging billburberry to help out should also send a message to phillips consulting at nnpc-recruitment@phillipsconsulting.net.

pls I am yet to receive the second mail from them.my email address is fasola2012@yahoo.com.kindly help me out

I will advice you go to their office in Lag, they attended to some people yesterday. Or better still gatecrash a nearby test centre if you recieved text message on ur phone.
