good development. but the fact still remains that ''whatever that is eating the beans in still inside the beans'', they should fetch out the snitch within the govt, becos they re the ones that will still give out informations to BH on the Govt plans. we re more or less running around in circles and spending so much money. well that;s how i see it. |

Have anyone of you shouting US are wicked for not selling cobra helicopter and other weapon to Nigeria knows where Nigeria has been buying her arms from. You people sit down and think, do research before you comment on political matters eh. Small children of these days. You think the Nonsense you read from Nigeria news media and copy to NL is the real deal? Lolz |

emmatok: This isn't about spite, it is about doing what is best for you, though a tad bit late. The US also buys Russian weapons in the black market for its proxies. US weapons aren't sold to just anyone - and even when you get ya hands on them, the baggage that come with those weapons always make them useless. Utter expensive as well. Not worth it, especially when you can get cheaper alternatives, with help to improve ya indigenous defense apparatus. 1 Like |

dridowu: not so fast, Nigeria is being set up now, to become a theater of confrontations. The US doesn't import oil from Nigeria any more, they are at free will to support any side in Nigeria conflicts, so also for Russian , China, Britain and any other Power. And Nigeria conflicts are many. Biafra, Ijaw, Niger Delta, boko haram, Fulani herdsmen, Hausa/fulani/some Yorubas want power back, Apc vs PDP supporters, military, Odua militants and etc. Nigeria is doomed unless she regionalized or confederated. 1 Like |

Going, to the Russians is not bad, but making Nigeria looking helpless is bad. What is if the Russians decide to capitalize on our helpless condition and renegade on their agreement, will we run to Iran or China. This diplomacy not local politics. |

Nigeria keeps jumping from frying pan to fire. Russia will sell weapons to you and sell to boko haram. Who tells you Russia gives a damn about souls in Nigeria. Their business is to sell weapons. Arms deal is big business to good old Russia. Pray that those sponsoring boko haram are not offering more than the Federal Govt. It is their way to sell to both parties. To them it is business. It is the parties at war that have loses to count. Russians don't have conscience. Death means nothing to them. That is why they are feared. Many of you can insult US but try it with Russia and see the consequence. 1 Like |
