My ex was just a friend. I used to hang out at her mom's shop and we'd talk (more correctly, I'd talk) for hours. Everytime I came back from school, polytechnic and later uni, I'd hang out there. I thought she was beautiful o. But I just never reacted sexüally to her. I couldn't fathom why. My body typically reacted violently to girls of her beauty and stature, but not her.

One day, for a weird reason outside the scope of this thread I figured I wanted her to be more than the girl at the shop. It was hard winning that chick. But I did. I was a newborn Christian at the time and had messed around a little before. I just thought that we were low-risk as far as sex was concerned. I didn't feel "that way" about her and I was not planning on messing around anymore.

Fastforward a few years later. Breaking up over sex had become my move. We couldn't stop. Didn't want to. It was just too...I don't know...right. Or something. So the first major breakup we had was me walking away for two reasons: poor communication and an inability to stop having sëx.

That was a girl I didn't feel "that way" about. After that I never ever took for granted how easy it is to completely miss the strength of biology. In fact, I learned that the closer a person is to you emotionally or, well, psychologically, that is, you trust them, like to hang out and stuff the more likely you will form terribly powerful sexüal bonds with them.
