Stealth is nothing. The Gripen C/D isn't stealthy either.

It is because it carries heavy ordnance.

Now that I've taught you that you wanna come and act smart?

Well with that said, what does this tell us about the operational speeds the JF-17 will be able to fly in? Sub-sonic?

The Gripen max speed is Mach 2. That means it can fly comfortably at Mach 1, while that JF_17 max.

Buhahahahahaha

It's common sense olodo. Do you always drive at 280km/h?

It tells us at 1.9, the JF-17 is a pretty speedy jet.

Which are different from other C/D aircraft.

Better in what field?

The JF-17 block II, is better in every field and above the over-priced Gripen C/D model you fly.

The JF-17 block I is on par with your Gripen.

Lol
Pathetic feel good link.

Like it or not, JF-17 was meant to engage not such heavy machines. It is called poor man's stealth fighter. The JF-17 will perish before the gripen fighter.

The gripen has all the best qualities

- It is compact, yet it carries heavy ordnance that is on par with that of twin engined machines.
-Its size gives it advantage over big machines for better maneuvrability.
-It has air-to-air capability to extend its combat radius without having to touch the ground. The engine of JF-17 will worn out having to perform such tasks.

I told you that what is important in any fighter is the ordnance it carries. The JF-17 carries poor ordnance, hence it can fly much larger combat radius without having to refuel. The same applies to the latest block III, they are all inferior to gripen JAS-39.

It has a good speed but it is not a sufficient factor to make it a stealth fighter.

I heard you were looking for this:
1. Hawk with the Umbani glide bomb.
2. Gripen armed and firing the A-Darter SRAAM.
3. Retired Cheetah with R-Darter is a bonus.
that isnt the umbani glide bomb.didnt you say that the A-Darter SRAAM wasnt yet integrated into your jets?

The A-Darter has long been integrated into Gripen fighter with the possibility that it will be used by all the countries using the gripen as their attack fighter.

How do we have 14 Gripen in the air with only 8 pilots?

The Block II carries more weapons load than the Gripen. The difference in Kilograms between the Gripen and the Block I is only 600kg.

The Rafale has the longest range of any 4++ fighter and carries by far more load than many of it's contemporaries. The SU-class fighters a combat range that can compete with the Rafale.

As usual your logic makes no sense in these practical terms.

The Specs have shown that the JF-17 thunder is a better fighter than the Gripen, and a fantastic value for money.

First, as I have posted allready, the Junk Fighters performance stats are absolutely terrible

Second, as I have allready posted, its electronics are poor copies of western systems and do not compare.

Junk Fighter 17 "value for money" argument is like saying the Crysler 500c is good value for money because it looks like a bently and does some of the things a bentley does. But in the end of the day, its just a cheap crysler in a new shell and will never actually compare to the real thing. Much like the Junk Fighter is a J-7 in a new shell

Even the Pakistani's say it is sub standard and openly call it obsolete.

And who says you can afford or will get the Block 2?

Again, see the specs I posted.

Nope, South Africa flies the C/D model, and the JF-17 thunder block II is way better than them.

I don't speak in future tense, anyway, not your crappy over-priced Gripens.

If the Junk Fighter is so good, why are the Chinese not planning on actually flying any?

They chose the J-10 over the JF-17

Why did Pakistan initially choose the J-10 over the JF-17?

It tells us that the Gripen flying at 80% is much faster than the JF-17 flying at 80%, it means a Gripen cruising a 60% is faster than a JF-17 cruising at 70% it tells us that the Gripen flying under combat power is faster than the JF-17 flying under combat power.

Also, Junk Fighter-17's max speed has been pegged as low as mach 1.6 by the PAF

Tragedy after tragedy happening one after the other. Poor Nigerians already grown used to it and it is no longer breath taking incident. Another tragedy that could have been prevented by military befalls Nigeria.

Bwahahahaha...... this is obvious that Gripen takes the trophy. Look at the combat radius, the Junk Fighter can cover almost twice the combat radius of Gripen without a dropped tank, meaning it carries less weapon system. Bwahahaha.........

know what a combat range is. It tells a lot about the aircraft performance and armament.

That's because you buffoon, the J-10 is an earlier program, similar platforms and the first truly chinese indigenous fighter.

It's just common sense.

The pakistani's have gone for the JF-17 and J-31.

Nope is because J10 is a stealth fighter due to the weight of weapon system it carries.

Also, Junk Fighter-17's max speed has been pegged as low as mach 1.6 by the PAF
http://www.angelfire.com/falcon/fighterplanes/texts/articles/jf-17.html

Maximum speed: Mach 1.8 (1,370.2 mph; 2,205.1 km/h)[115]
Combat radius: 1,352 km (840 mi)
Ferry range: 3,482 km (1,880 NM)
Service ceiling: 16,920 m (55,500 ft)
Thrust/weight: 0.95
Armament

Now, this is the block 1. It simply says the much earlier block 1 is almost as fast as the Gripen. It's combat radius of 1352km makes up for and surpasses whatever slight speed shortfall it has over the Gripen.

The F-22 has a top speed of MACH 1.9, so speed isn't a deciding factor. It's almost irrelevant as you cannot possibly shot at the enemy flying at 2 times the speed of sound.

Drunk comment by a drunk soldier.

Both the the JF-17 and Gripen are classified as light weight multi-role fighters. Olodo!!

The Gripen is an over-priced piece of crap fighter. It is like buying a bentley on a $20k annual salary. This is the exact receive why you only have 8 pilots for 26 planes, and only 12 in service.

It is a low end piece of over-priced junk.

It has a poor combat radius.

The JF-17 is a far more manoeuvrable fighter than the Gripen can ever be. It uses the more powerful RD93 engine. Same engine which powers the MIG-35 and J-31.

Providing actual evidence over and over. Except if you're blind, the Infographic I posted compares both systems, and it clearly shows the JF-17 block 1 as an equal match to the Gripen, and the block 2 a better fighter.

That's what you think, but in reality Gripen is by far superior than Junk Fighter. Your Junk Fighter carries much lighter ordnance hence can cover large combat radius. It is too lazy to carry heavy weights (pay load) just like a soldier who carries his only AK47 to war.
