spyder880: ^^^Hope considerations are given to surveying, planning and servicing all these new areas, so we don't have over-crowded unplanned new areas springing up! The new Golf/Centenary city is how i'd like new developments to be! I'm quite particular about having underground drainages; from private and public buildings, and channeled to underground drainages on main roads out of sight and oblivious to the public.....this is how modern cities are built! Likewise for underground electricity and phone/broadband cabling! |

obum042: If the government can't handle that hotel, they should privatise it. It makes no economic sense letting that massive investment rot sway. Sell it to private individuals who can manage it properly, by that way, jobs would be created. Let us not be penny wise pound foolish. 1 Like |
