The powerful forces in Taraba are in PDP.Who becomes the flagbearer would be dtermined by these guys.Remember that the former acting governor Umar Garba who was recently sacked by the court wanted to contest the primaries against the wish of General TY Danjuma and others,hence,his removal.

With a landmass almost twice those of south east,Taraba is poor.From Mutum biyu(Gassol LGA) to Gembu is about 1,140kms. Their IGR is next to nothing.90% of Taraba indigenes are farmers.Their literacy level is very low ,therefore,anybody with a war chest can get their vote. Nough said.

You are right about the PDP power in Taraba State but wrong about the distance stuff. Mutum Big o Gembu is just slightly above 350 kms. The state is actually poor with total dependence on oil money from Abuja.

yes she was elected with Mr.Obi as deputy and got sworn in after Mr.Obi Impeachment, Supreme court said that deputy and the Governor are elected officers and are elected under one ticket.

Yobe, Benue, Adamawa, Taraba, and Kogi for the last 15 years are very unlucky with state governors. because there is no a single project worth more than 5 billion completed in any of the mention state further more all the 5 state have spend more 1 triilion each in the last 15 years while only yobe is APC the remaining 4 are PDP
