Well looking quickly it seems that you did not supply the correct education details. I am not sure about finance. Were you under 16 or 18 yrs old? All together it looks like you submitted a very badly presented case in the firse submission then tried to appeal with no improvements. You need to start from scratch again if you want to travel, but you must get your (GENUINE) documents sorted first. |

justwise:thought I should let u know. My husband had met with a lawyer in d uk n d lawyer told him that it was a mistake from d british embassey n I could get compensation for that, The embassey did not resite on d admin review, they thought I just reaaplied with some added documents without knowing that I've gone for admin review which takes 28days. He was also adviced (my husband) to go through his school authourity so they can sort it out with d embassey, I pray it works so I can re-unite with my husband. |

Hembelembe: Mistake by British embassy that you lied in your first application which is when the ban started? That you can get compensation? Unbelievable. Good luck though, I hate discouraging people. |
Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part2 by Hembelembe: 1:55pm On Dec 06, 2014 |
justwise:I still believe u don't still get me. my warning ban had already been lifted by the eco or whatever u call it and I was sent an email to go n reapply which I did, and this time around I did not lie or submit any false doc. But I got banned. I believe there,s something needed to b sorted out. Or maybe is becos I didn't submit d eco email since I thought they'll have there own copy, Anyway I believe I will get out of this mess and am not looking forward to any compensation anyways. |
Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part2 by justwise(m): 2:10pm On Dec 06, 2014 |
Hembelembe: Maybe you did not understand the review email, if the ban was lifted and you were asked to reapply and you did not lie or submit any fake document then they will not ban you. If your ban was not lifted after review and you reapplied again your ban will restart. British embassy will not ban you for committing no offence. If you are still confused then go for appeal if you are given full right of appeal. |

I need your advice on these, the great travel gurus in the house. I deposited 3.1m in my account some days back, which was even far above the money required by the UKBA to issue my visa, but to my greatest surprise, the money as fell short some 100's of pounds due to devaluation and weak naira, won't these affect my chances to be issued visa? My tuition is 10300 and I paid 7k pounds already and just went through the new Tier 4 brochure it states I must have at least 9months maintenence fee |

Hi, I need advice from someone about applying for tier 4 general student visa, I applied for a visa in August it was refused and I couldn't got to university in September so I applied to another university for January start. The issue is when they returned my Documents my original birth certificate did not come with the rest documents and I need it to apply for this new visa, as my maintenance funds are in my parents account, I am planning to apply for a new birth certificate and put a copy of both the old and new one and explain in a letter and possibly swear affidavit of what happened, would this work out? Thanks so much |

peace2mankind: It doesn't matter, they only wanna see the closing balance and that it covers the 28 days period. Nevertheless, I'll advice you print 30 days. |
Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part2 by spikesC(m): 12:27pm On Dec 08, 2014 |
Melv: You don't need to swear an affidavit of 'what happened' but I would advise you swear an affidavit of your date of birth as it is anew acceptable replacement for a birth certificate. But make sure you include the letter and ask them for the birth certificate. That being said, on what ground where you denied as withholding a document means it is fake and carries a ban |

Thank you very much, I was denied because of maintenance didn't have enough funds my agent told me I had established presence because my previous visa was still valid but at the time of applying for a new visa for university it had expired. |
