I've being finding it hard securing a job even with my good grade and the more days passes; the more I got depressed.

Although currently under-employed where I work tirelessely and get peanuts at the end of the month. It is very frustrating and it seems my effort to get a better job isn't yielding any success.

I don't care how it sounds; I am ready to walk down the aisle with any woman that will help me get a job.

Don't judge me either, not until you've been in my shoes.

Duties to include:-

Support the Customer Service Manager and their department
Handle incoming calls.
Create new cases and transfer to customer service team members
Add notes to existing cases. Capture key information, assign and ensure telephone service level agreements are achieved daily.
Handle incoming / outgoing post and emails.
Logging and assigning cases as appropriate

Candidate requirements:

Applicants should possess a minimum GCSE C grade or Equivalent qualification in Maths and English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Previous experience within an office environment with some data entry or reception experience is essential
Previous experience of  customer service and handling inbound telephone calls is desirable
A team player and demonstrate a committed and motivated approach and be flexible to meet the department’s needs.
Highly motivated and demonstrate a willingness to take on additional responsibilities or to continuously improve processes.
Must have good written and spoken English and possess strong word-processing skills, with the ability to quickly learn new IT packages.
