saeid: Spain has many illegal imigrants every day crossing over. They are known to be hard on visas for Nigerians. Try another country. |

Hi, I need advice from someone about applying for tier 4 general student visa, I applied for a visa in August it was refused and I couldn't got to university in September so I applied to another university for January start. The issue is when they returned my Documents my original birth certificate did not come with the rest documents and I need it to apply for this new visa, as my maintenance funds are in my parents account, I am planning to apply for a new birth certificate and put a copy of both the old and new one and explain in a letter and possibly swear affidavit of what happened, would this work out? Thanks so much |

Hi everyone, Good morning. Please I want to know how effective the teleperformance tracking system is. When I applied for my visa the first time, my status changed to Transfer to UKVI on the same day I submitted. However, this time around it is not the case, the status is still showing Application Submitted. Is this normal with them. |

My question is... what problem would i encounter (UKVI) if i stay for that long b4 i move to the UK. what is the best way to handle this Am very worried |
Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Waitingonyou: 8:55pm On Dec 10, 2014 |
R u serious? U r not meant to stay outside uk more than 3 months once the visa is issued.u r causing problem for yourself. I will advise u read the conditions of that spousal visa unless u r not interested in joining ur spouse any longer. post=28759681]Hello, please i have been issued UK spousal visa on the 26-Nov-2014. but i am currently busy working on some project in Ghana and can only leave to the UK in 6 month time ie in may 2015. girlfio: @girlfio, I got a mail that my passport would be dispatched shortly ystday but Wld be sent to Abuja Vac.can I go to Abuja tomorrow Or can I request for it to be sent to Lagos Vac. And also Pls do anyone know How far Abuja airport is to the tlscontact processing centre. also is there an email Or telephone number to confirm if the passport has gotten to the Abuja Vac. thnks |
Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by girlfio: 11:28am On Dec 11, 2014 |
teeluu: I wouldn't advise that you change the location of where your passport is sent at this stage, could delay things even further. It takes approx 3 working days for your passport to be ready for collection. Not sure about the tel no or location in Abuja, maybe someone else on here can advise. If you can't get in touch with them beforehand, I would say if you aim for Tues/Weds next week it should be there 4 u to collect. 1 Like |

Hello house, I want to print our yahoo conversation but its from 2012 to 2014 which is too many to print bcus we chat almost 8pages of paper in a day, should I print it randomly? |
Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by crazyinlove: 2:37pm On Dec 11, 2014 |
jswit:Just print randomly but focus on recent ones, also add ones from previous years. What it means it will simply tell them that you guys are still communicating and also that the relationship has been existing for a long time. |
