I fly often and understand ur plight.
However:
1. U can't be at 30000 (FL300) 5 mins after takeoff -very impossible, except u were in an F-16.
2. A lot of us Nigerians don't know wat a good weather is when flying is concerned. Ever heard of CAT? Clear air turbulence? Or have u ever been in an aircraft that dropped suddenly and climbed out almost immediately?

I don't work for dana, nor do I have a relative dat work for dem or they pay me, but I still fly them even after their crash. American Airlines, air france, kenya airways, and malaysian airlines are still flying.

From an aviators POV, shit happens, but we always pray it doesn't get to us.

Mind u, no pilot, engineer or cabin crew wants to die.

I am going to relate my own story with the same Dana airplane, I did not check if it was the same flight but I was scared to hell seeing what I saw while on board.

It was a flight to Abuja with two of my colleagues, I sat in the middle right on the row where I could see the wing of the plane from the window. It was my colleague who sat on the window side that first called my attention to it. When we left Lagos the plane was very much OK and the wing was sturdy and firm as it glides through the pressure and air fogs in the cloud. However, getting close to Abuja and about like another 10 minutes to land, we noticed that a part of the wing was flapping as if it was going to fall while still in the air, I thought that was not normal. I continued to look at until we finally landed it really scary but I noticed most people were not worried even my other colleague on the extreme sit thought it was normal but I am sure that was a fault.

I suspect Dana Air has very old airplanes that might crash before they will take things seriously. I just hope the authorities so the needful before it is too late.

Planes have crashed as a result of simple cross wind landing.

Myles monroe's plane crashed simply because it struck a crane near the a ship yard during landing. The pilot flying the plane had years of experience flying that same route but on that day, his skills and experience failed him.

I am far from retrogressive and I believe everyone is entitled to their spiritual believes.
What baffles me is when people like you want to correct me as if my believes offend you or stops you from waking up!!

I have no intention on correcting you, it is not my job, I am not your parent, pastor or teacher. But I am entitled to my opinion and as long as this is a free site you will hear my opinion regardless of how much it make you feel uncomfortable.

Chai! I've not flown Dana before shaa, but having tried to book with aero for xmas, I got startled with the 28k price for a flight I normally get for 10k - 12k. Just decided to check on others to confirm if aero had totally gone mad but almost all had higher price; then their was Dana staring at me for 15,300!

Despite their record, I decided to book the flight and payed at once.

Chaii!!! With this kind of red flag! So bad that the arthur had to compare it with Lagos molue! Chaii!!!
