Thanks so much. Our Proposal cost for the painting of the fence is N2 Million which has not got approval yet until the approved house body colour done.

Gravitex paint was approved for the fence. Gravitex is a special textured paint is formulated to resist extreme weather conditions, fungi and algae growth. It provides an attractive, decorative and protective appeal and it neither flakes nor peel when correctly applied and it can obliterate in a single coat. Gravitex has a spread rate of 1.8-2 sq meters per liter and can be applied by pattern roller to produce the desired texture. It is mainly packaged in 20 litres plastic drum. 

The spreading rate is so low and we are using about 130 drum x 16.000 per drum with application for the fence = N2,080.000.00

The house is about 2100sqm2 x N600 =N1,260.000.00

very nice and well detailed explanation....please can u give me similar explanation in details about your marble effect and stucco painting for interiors...i saw it on your website
