PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY: APC Leader Warns Delegates Against Monetisation Of Votes. by Gbawe2: 5:49pm On Dec 09, 2014 |
http://www.today.ng/politics/presidential-primary-apc-leader-warns-against-monetisation-of-votes/ The part in bold font below is a thinly-veiled broadside aimed at Atiku in my opinion. It is clear , all things considered, the candidate that represents APC's best chance of defeating PDP. PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY: APC leader warns delegates against monetisation of votes |

Atiku has the money to spend but GMB remains the best for now. I likened Atiku to GEJ. If you believe you have done so well in the past, let your work speak for you. You dont have to throw out money like water. It is just to show how desperate these men(Atiku & GEJ) are. In all, if Atiku wins, I still prefer him or whoever to the young, vibrant but clueless one we have now as Nigerian President. |

soroptimist: My bro, majority of the politically serious members of the APC inner caucus know the Party will be humiliated at the general poll if Atiku flies the flag for the Party. GEJ is only a "dead man walking" at the general poll if he faces someone, like Buhari, viewed as a distinct departure to our ultra-corrupt President. Atiku will never be viewed by Nigerians as different to GEJ . In fact many Nigerians will prefer to vote GEJ or stay at home than support Atiku. All this is known to the movers and shakers in the APC and this is why Akeredolu fires off this warning. The Party is not suicidal or self-destructive in my opinion. All the gains of the past 22 months, since the formation of the APC in Feb 2013, could be destroyed tomorrow if delegates make a monetised choice and I don't think anything will be allowed to threaten the progress the APC has made to become a strong main opposition Party. The wrong candidate will make the Party a laughing stock with hugely diminished credibility. 2 Likes |

Gbawe2: It will border around idiocy to allow an Atiku to fly APC's ticket. His stupidity at throwing money around is mind-boggling,he is corruption personified yet a charlatan like him will be mouthing change 1 Like |

OBJ's book came out @ the right time to point 'accusing fingers' on the man called Atiku...Besides, is Tinubu still @ the helm of affairs in APC ..if yes, then Atiku is going anywhere with his 'envelopes'...everyone's silence on Atiku and his jamboree isn't weakness or stupidity! Dnt forget as OBJ mentioned that Atiku was certain to kick him out till the last moment..that's how things would turn out tomorrow hopefully! APC knows that this is when they stand the chance of sacking Pdp govt...and Atiku won't mess that chance for them |

i think tomorrow is about the most important day since the formation of APC. tomorrows output has been predicted by the PDP, prophets, pastors , seers, witches and wizards e.t,c to bring the downfall of the party. Delegates will need to place love of country over love of money 1 Like |
