i also tried that. she got annoyed, then she kept on avoiding me, and she told her friends that i was a "cute but crazy freak!" there's no way i can tell them to change their attitude without implying that they are dumb and stupid, and that i am brilliant. that gives the impression that i am proud and inconsiderate. even my mom and sisters sometimes think that way.

not really, i don't know how to say this without sounding boastful. . . i have a high level of intelligence. not normal brilliance, but very increased intelligence.

Most time I do find myself in same situation but I try to keep the convo going with work related matters, career, weather, movies, trending songs and videos, if she's married or in a relationship or if she got kid(s) we talk about the kids. I must admit its usually difficult to hold interesting conversation with a lady one is not in a relationship with

Get down off your high horse. If you cannot keep up a conversation, it is not because you are too good for them. It's because you aren't socially skilled enough. Admit that fact first and you can actually get to improve.

Females are mostly easy to talk to, believe me, whether mature girls or starry-eyed teenagers. You just need to be very observant, and wide general knowledge would help you easily locate common ground. That's where you should build from... Common ground.

OK, i agree. i guess this means i don't know how to talk to girls. which is why i opened the topic in the first place, and comparing them to 3 year olds and birds only proves that i'm supposed to "come down to their level." also, my "high horse" happens to be my iq, something that isn't easily changed, which brings us back to the topic, how do i blend in, what am i supposed to say, what would a normal person do? i know that i don't know everything, but i think it would be an insult to know things like the korean alphabet and not be able to talk to an average nigerian girl. so, i probably shouldn't go technical all the time, i also probably should have made my questions open ended. but isn't that what "normal" less smarter people do? i'm always being accused of arguing, but most of the time, i actually want to KNOW. bros, it's not easy to be a genius. so, pls try to stop viewing me like and arrogant person, and answer my innocent questions.
