Hi All.
I ve been here for two years and in poto-novo, using Master is possible but you should check if the atM indicate master card logo and if its in cotonou you get UBA and ecobank for such transaction, note your money will be converted to CFA and you will be charged i think N1000 back at home in naija.
Crossing the borther from seme is tougher than idiroko but just go straight to uniform man not civilian and more so the okada man called semidjan will cross you and charge their fee.

Any needed info you be asked!!!

Just enter Vesper, bike, cab etc from the Cotonou side and you will be free. It's not a big deal, people do it every other day.

Direction from lagos. fom mile 2, board a bus or taxi going to semi boader. Bus charges #300, taxi charges #600. They would stop you inside one filling station by name, conoil filling station. Then trek front a bit, by the right hand side, you would see a park , go into the park and you would see okada. Those okada's inside the parks are the one's that would cross you the border with out problems as a new cormer. But those that are out side, even they come to the bus that drops you and ask you if you ar
e going. Just ignore them. Then when you are across the border, you would see taxi's that are going to cotonue. They charge 600 cefa. Thanks.
. Please help me out . I want to go to cotonou from ibadan to buy ankara. Help me with directions. can I take bus going to idiroko from ibadan?

Ok. if you can get a bus to idiroko, thats good. when you reach idiroko, then you stop and cross the border. when you have crossed the border, you will see taxi's going to cotonue. tell the driver that you are going to Tokpa market. its around 1000 to 1500 cefa. Have you been to cotonue before?

From mile 2 in Lagos , you can get a direct car to Lome. Also from Lagos to seme, when you cross the border , you will see taxi to togo. its 4000 cefa. The name of the market is Asceaa market.
