According to the OP, she bleeped with a guy and instead of washing up she stuffed her pants in her bag and was caught (sounds weird and unbelievable though ) but the thing is, even if she names the guy who must have presumably cleaned up, how are they to confirm he is the one. The guy would surely deny it. Since they were not caught in the act, its hard to prove cuz she could have just named anyone as her partner.
