A friend loaded his phone using *737*amount# he got a response in seconds and his phone was credited instantly, for almost a month I've been using the code and it has worked, but I noticed there are times when u dial the code, your account gets debited, and you never get re-charged. Iv lost over 2100 using this code.

I called customer care service and they told me its a bank thing that I should go to my bank and sort it out. Abeg am I the only one with this problem?

I've been using it too, but no problems though. Even when their is any of such problems, it gets reverted within moments.

They will reverse your money, I have request for top up of 2k and wasn't recharged after like a month the money was reversed.
