We also spent 2 years planning for the P18N stealth OPV before signing the contract.

Nigeria does not panic buy any expensive equipment.

We always had our T-72 tanks stored in Ukraine for many years until be asked them to modernize and ship them.

Mi-35 Hind and Mi-171 termainator helicopters have been in service for 3 years in NAF before we ordered for 40 more units.

Nigeria does not panic buy big and expensive equipment.

BTW Nigeria buys cheap Chinese and Russian build equipment not expensive equipment
