H6 is better than p4. Check online. Except for ota updates which custom roms can solve..

Guys pls I need help, my music player is really messed up!! It has crashed my phone twice already, don't know what's going on. Ive taken my battery out twice today, cuz it just wont respond! I'm not trying to discourage anyone from buying this phone, but it's really frustrating! I only marked the option for audio enhancer, that's all I've done in regard to settings. The weird thing is its the freaking default music player, phone's not rooted or anything..Any ideas?

Try this:

Go to settings>apps>all. Find the music app, clear data and force stop. Open it again and let's see how things go

@all,my friend bought h6 last week which he charged with nepa light for some minutes (nepa then took light as always) then he continued charging it with generator while charging he was operating the phone at the same time,i don't know if he charged the battery fully before unplugging it or not in fact let's just say he didn't charge it well,i want to help him revert the issue because his battery drops rapidly even without using it

i end up buying gionee p4,i search all ibadan fone selling point.i went to tecno office at ib to ask of the fone. A lady told me in their office that their product are seized(story for the gods). Guy u know now no time to waste time,so i bought gionee p4
i don't regret buying this gionee p4 the screen is original 4.5 .the camera is super,flash is super,no lags,battery strong,speaker loud with good sound and headset plus ota update,so if u think u had any problem with choosing tecno h6 gionee p4 is the best alternative

Drain the battery till 1% and charge till it's full. This will enable it reset the stats.

If problem persists, recalibrate the battery because it may be poorly calibrated the first time.

did u increase the volume of ur loudspeaker with mobile uncle method?

Hope you did not set the volume in mobile uncle too high? because that might be the main cause.

we can't even conclude that H6 won't receive OTA update yet cos Lollipop just came out let's wait till mid or end of january

even phantom Z may not recieved any OTA update, Just enjoy your kit kat H6 and prepare some cash for a lollipop device next year from tecno.
