Please i just came back from church where i interceded for GMB......from the reports i am reading here and on twitter,i learnt his speech murdered the show and earned him a standing ovation

Correct. Even on fb, most comments say he and Okorocha gave the best speeches.

This convention is boring!!! Don't these people know that a political convention should make for good television? Why are they doing their convention when Nigerians are asleep? and why are they scrambling like they did not plan?

This convention has a makeshift vibe. These people need to watch the presidential conventions that American political parties host and take notes. I don't blame Channels Television from tuning out. They did so in order to prevent the few Nigerians who are still awake from changing the channel to Africa Magic.

We need to shake off our culture of mediocrity and hold ourselves to a world class standard. This should include how a major political party hosts its presidential convention.

Judging by the very large number of delegates, the earliest possible time of declaration of winner is in the neighborhood of 10am today.

elections will take the next 4-5 hours, sorting and counting 2-3 hours.
