My default app launcher keeps crashing, any ideas please? I think this all started when I put my 16 gig memory card. I read somewhere that KitKat isn't really compatible with external storage and Google encourages phone to do without external storage. Anyway I've moved all my apps to the internal storage and cleared data on my app launcher, then I did a hard reset for good measure. Still monitoring it, but your idea will still be helpful. I use advance memory card BTW.

I have changed my APN to blackberry.net

Now it shows H+ on sim 1 but when I tried testing the subscription for bis coday to 777 my 100 was not deducted, is that it has to be the subscription of comonth only? Or m I missing something?

I'm using a 32gb memory card and I don't experience such problem so i doubt if the memory card is the cause.
