relchange: Brilliant observation...it's a matter of time. Even if the oil price does not drop, these properties are overpriced .put up from mostly the common wealth belonging to the Nigerian people. and the owners waiting for people with free money take occupancy. But that has been difficult! No wonder many of such properties inclusive of Abuja, are empty...wasting away...the money used to erect such edifieces and estates ...that could have fired up industries and get the teeming unemployed young people waiting to work. These properties are even more expensive than those found some in many developed economies of the world. Granted that some honest successful people or companies could put up such estates or properties but ours is a case of: paradox of naivety and stupidity. It's sad. 10 Likes |

golddust6000: People are really gullible. Someone came here, posted plenty pictures of few real houses with AutoCAD drawings and you're all going 'god punish poverty' while frothing at the mouths Do you know who are the residents/owners of that place that is neither an island nor banana-shaped? How they 'made' their money? What businesses they are doing? The worst disease isn't poverty but IGNORANCE!!! And the worst afflicted are those with stupid comments on this thread! 4 Likes 1 Share |

vislabraye: You're wrong. Banana Island is a whole new development on its own that was seized from the late Adebayo Adeleke, and later developed by the Chagouri group. ParkView is what you should be referring to. 3 Likes |
