Okra/Okro - very rich in folic acid...especially good for pregnant women.. You guys that don't eat it do not have an idea what you missing... I cook my okro with plenty fish, pomo and veggies...yummy!! The soup I used in sealing my Yoruba bf now fiance's heart permanently. Go figure!! Lol |
