So far you've told us only one thing that works to your advantage- Location. I also know for a fact that there are several poultry farmers already established in Jos, most steadily supplying hotels and caterers in Abuja esp.
Do you have a farm already, and looking to expand?
How many birds do you have and how many eggs per week presently? Do you have a ready buyer, market? How much did you set up the present one and when did you break even? What was your turnover in the last 12mths or 6mths?

Sound warning there. I expect anyone that made his money legitimately would expect any business he's investing in, to at least be properly registered by regulatory authorities, and due diligence carried out before investment. The moral here? Register your business to make it legit and project it as professional.
