I've been down with the cold for a while now; It got worse over Thanksgiving period, and then I got better. It seems to have been back again...I get cold easily...That's the problem.

My uncle did bring some septrine, and vitamin c along with him; I do drink some pain medications, and some Nyquil.... I also was adviced by my doctor( the last time), to drink a lot of hot water, so as to flush out the mucus...It although is working, but I just hate going back and forth to the bathroom.

Welllllll!. I do have myself to blame for this....It took me a while to drop my jackets/ sweaters/ flats, for jackets and boots ...I am paying badly for this.
