If you're serious, I may be able to help. Mine was for 7 years and we're married today.

It does require a lot of self discipline. For a lady, I will say 2 things.

1. Never ever accomodate a thought in your mind that he's doing anything different from what he says he's doing. It's a choice. If you choose to do that, you will do that. As long as you do number 2

2. Dump, avoid, cast and bind any friend or acquaintance that says, suggests or even insinuates that he is doing anything different from what he says he is doing.

As long as he keeps saying the right things and you KNOW he has a history of doing right and speaking true, you should be fine.

Vikky, hope u have not started developing feelings for that ur neighbor u talked about on ur previous thread..This one u are already looking for how to handle ur long distance relationship...if u guys have been together for long u guys can make it work but if not their cud be issue once a while..I believe ur love for each other will weather the storm so long as the love u have for each other is genuine. Always ensure anytime u guys have issue that its resolved quickly, don't let it drag for days cos the distance btw u guys will make it worse..best of luck
