any of them could be used.. it's okay for those who don't have certificates yet to use the result.... but most definitely, you'll be asked for the certificate later.

please people i just saw an ''evidence of name'' slot,while i was scannin my documents.are those of us with name problems supposed to upload our affidavit of change of name there?

Anyone you want to use is fine.. But the Certificate is most preferable..

I'll advise that you make an Age declaration affidavit and use it.. Then maybe whenever you get the chance, you can go for a new one..

I heard it from somewhere that the date for everyone's physical clearance would be made known on completion of the online phase.
I dunno if its been mentioned here as I've skipped loads of pages.

Maybe its that date they are asking for there. I dunno.
