I guess its because of the DLI students still using the halls sha, I heard they would leave Dec. 20, 2014

Note- The hostel fee for mariere involves the collection of three bank deposit tellers which represents; Mariere maintenance account (#13,300), Caution account(#3,200) and Bed space account (#8,000) Which totals #24,500.

DLI should be leaving January 17th I guess
