#sabotec, firsttly, u should have write a standardize test so that the VO will know that u are serious with issue of studying in US, for me going for interview without writing any test is kind of red flag even if your skul didn't ask u to atleast u have to. Lastly, hadn't been u go with with one ur graphic work like the VO ask u to show him you will just present it to convinced him that u r really into art work

Email your school international office that issued your i20 and office of admission , probably the admission coordinator, give them a genuine reason why u wanna defer......

Well we cant say that he went with fake doc cus were not there during his interview, and beside the VO would have banned him hadn't been he went with fake doc but what I know is that he might not be able to convince the VO how related graphic is to account or whatever,

I applied for academy of art university with school sat and my hnd cert to study graphics design,
reason y I choose graphics is that am a computer guru, I have a computer school and computer sales and services center, have been doing this for the past 5 years but I registered my company about a year and half.
I was admitted by the school and got my i-20 in which other document was prepared as normal, paid my sevis and others.
the sad story.... the interview goes thus

me - the school is prestigious........ bla bla bla
vo - did u have toefl, great...... etc

vo - why
me - not require by the school (nb) on my i-20 was written epc will available for you

Bro, type in your query with keyword UG 2.7 or 2.5
for example, if you are interested in MSc Economics program, type:
Masters in Economics 2.5 GPA.
The results might not be exigous but you need to just improvise.

Based on interview(1) is you need to write standard test,(2) you have to make sure you have a graphic design of your own (3) work on ur respond and present it in a good way.

register your sevis details at fmjee.com and send the pdf copy of ur payment coupon to your friend to pay the 200 usd at a western union. u may have to wait till monday though because the fmjee website is down due to schedulled maintenance

Try using the Feedback form. I once lodged a complaint using the form and was replied in less than an hour.

Try and insist that your friend pays via western union and not via check or money order.
