Marriage does not solve the problems of sexual temptation....something my father told me several years ago....that his getting married did not mean an end to his vigilance against sexual temptation.

there is nature and there is spirituality, we cannot rule out the fact that spiritual rules/dominates over the natural. This is a battle already ensuing in his heart (thought), if he's defeated in his thought, it will den come out to manifest after it has been finalized in d spirit. My advice however, is that he shld renew his mind wt the ever- refreshing word of God, guard his heart (and dispensations) wt all diligence and work out his salvation with fear and trembling, I pray God's Grace will be sufficient for us all- AMEN!

So I find its just easier for me to just sin and get over with it. Dear OP, It's not appropriate according to the Bible to be involved in any sexual practice. You cannot resist sexual urges because they are natural. However, he can eliminate the things that call for those urges (porn materials, movies with sexual scenes, sexually-inclined songs, etc). The bible recipe for sexual urges/advances is to flee.

Salvation only renews your spirit which is the real you but you have a role to play to renew your mind and your body. You are right....but the loss of hormone secretion may make certain parts of the erogenous architecture of the woman less flexible(hence Hormone replacement therapy for some ladies...which also helps deal with some of the annoying symptoma of menopause).

With personal experience, i'v got 2 knw dt days or weeks when my PERSONAL prayer n bible study life are below optimum, MY SEXUAL URGES BECOMES OPTIMUM, the flesh have more control, and once I power up these 2 aspects d sexual urges dies away.
I DNT DO ANYTHING 2 CONTROL THE URGE ON MY OWN. It's Jst giving in to more of God thru Prayer n Study. 4 me excess Sexual urges is a result of my deficient prayer n study life. Ur friend could aslo check or experiment with this.
