asha80: ^^^I get ashamed anytime i see pictures of that bloody market.....it's a fuc/king disgrace! I don't know why the two Orjis didn't think it was necessary to level the entire market and build a world-class structure in its place that would be a pride to Abia state and attract shoppers and business from the entire West African sub-region! It just goes to show they have no idea what governance is all about......for them it's just about answering 'your excellency'; having their wife prance about the place as 'first lady'; using their motorcade to bully everyone else off the road; and then steal the state blind like there's no tomorrow! 1 Like |

customized13: ^^^Shebi i talk don am before!.....When it comes to building their own gov't house, they jettison mediocrity and their local-champion mindset, and get the best contractor to build the best structure possible! Looking at that building, you'll notice the architecture looks better than all the other public buildings Orji has commissioned for Abia State! |

asha80: Is your statement based on the internet pictures or have you been there? I have been there lately and it is nothing like the pictures all over the net. It is as bad as every other market in Nigeria apart from shopping malls. The problem seems to be the building of more shops closer to drainage and people covering drainage in some instances. |

Abagworo:I am basing my comment on the pics on the net..I mean the shop stalls itself |

Re: Welcome To Abia State: God's Own State (pictures) by Abagworo(m): 12:32pm On Dec 19, 2014 |
asha80: Those pics are not real unless they were taken in areas I did not visit. I went right into the market from the expressway and saw for myself. Many of these internet pictures should be taken with a pinch of salt. |

customized13: Lol. Thats impossible. Even rich States like Rivers and Akwa Ibom could not build seaports. FG sef could not. Politicians make funny promises to calm nerves. Has he handled the bad roads in Aba? |

Abagworo: Abagworo i don't understand what you mean. Which pictures are not real, the ones i posted here? That project is not Abia state govt project, the only contribution of Abia state govt is land. They just started the project so lets relax and see how the finishing will be. Then it is on this assessment that we will draw our criticisms.
