In my exploration of the religious section I've noticed that most atheist only hate the "christian God". The funny thing is that some of the so called atheist even support muslims in condemning christians on christian threads.

Why do atheist rarely comment on threads created by muslims, pagans and devil worshippers but readily bombard christian threads?

Why do atheist ignore threads created by sonoflucifer and other satan worshippers?

Am beginning to think that the so called atheist believe in God but hate the bible and the "christian God".

The common place atheists quote in the bible are where there are supposed acts of violence and wickedness committed by God(which they quote out of context).

They do this to show that the "christian God" is not good.

The question is that: does God being good/evil disprove the the existence of God?

If atheist don't believe in God, why are they obsessively trying to show that the "christian God' is wicked? does that prove or disprove the existence of God?

i consequently believe that there are no atheist on nairaland. there are only people that hate the "christian God" because he does not allow them to fulfil their worldly lust.

That's why atheist like to boast that they are now free(freedom to commit sin without fear of judgement).

My advice for the so called atheists is that your hatred for God and forcing yourself to believe there's no heaven and hell wont help you.

Its not difficult to live a righteous life, you don't have to try to establish your own righteousness. All you need to make heaven is to accept the righteousness of Jesus Christ.

As far as I know allah is non-existent...so is yahweh,so is sango,so is lucifer,so is xenu,so is krishna,so is thor,etc..

They don't hate. They don't acknowledge the existence of any god.

And the Christian folks are the ones who irk them most times of how they will burn in hell for their unbelief which inturn leads to statements that seem blasphemous on the part of the Jesus folks.

After u guys finish looking for trouble you start claiming the victim.

I was passing along mile 2 last week and an early morning preacher said anyone who does not believe in his God is a fool. Christians might not be violent but there can be arrogantly persistent. They are everywhere. Making noise in an already noisy bus, screaming into your ear early in the morning, everywhere on TV channels and radio. Knocking on your door and asking you for money after claiming the are blessing givers.

Guy... Atheists are just giving you a taste of your own medicine, I am glad you can see how it tastes now.

I found out that you christians just wake up in the morning and form strong opinion from the thin air and it becomes ur reality. Why is it important to you to think that atheists believe in the existence of the Christian God?

I think most atheists here are angry not at God per se, but at certain Born-again christians attitudes towards non believers concerning redemption and eternity. Most born-again christians have a way of being very condescending, as if they have a ticket that no one else has. Even if that were true, the manner and way they approach others, even other christian denominations, leave much to be desired.

I was reading a post on facebook where it was said that the Catholic Pope had renounced Christ. You need to see the way these know-it-all Born-agains commented gleefully on how the catholic church was evil. None of them even took the time to click the link to see it was joke news.
This pride by these group of born-again christians is going to be their downfall because pride blocks the ear to correction.

Another group of atheists attack only the Christian God because they know christians are supposed to turn the other cheek and there wont be repercussions, at least not here on earth. They dare not speak rudely in a moslem thread. These ones are just cowards looking for a way to antagonise others and getting a kick out of it.

And then we have the real Atheists. Very few if I say so myself. They hardly have time for meaningless arguments and they don't deliberately write 'god' instead of 'God' to annoy christians.

Most of these atheists here are internet copy and paste atheists.

Christianity , to me , parades the greatest assemblage of absurdities.
Christians are also the most ignorant of their own religion than others. A typical Muslim understands Christianity better than a typical Christian.

Also, Christianity is founded and constructed on Cascades of fraud that promotes schizophrenia
Among the followers.

Last, but not the least is the fact no other religion exploits its members for money and resources than the fraudulent religion of Christianity.
