I never saw anywhere in the constitution that you have be a degree holder to be a president, and don't forget he was a minister of petroleum and 1 kobo was not missing aside been a ex-president and ptf chairman. How many degrees holders do we have in government today and why many degrees holders are jobless? All we need is honesty and competency in governance not highest certificates that have been killing the present and future of this country.

Please, don't say what you know nothing about. The NDA became a degree awarding institution in 1985. Did Buhari attend NDA from 1985 to date? The others you mentioned are military courses that offer MILITARY certificates.
